Yes, but remember this isn’t your typical “cold outreach”. The outreach goes to those people that are in your niche target and have been vetted based on the data available. Also, the value you give in your Intake Questionnaire is extremely important.

Yes. None of the communication within our messaging violates the compliance SEC and FINRA compliance guidelines.

The minimum engagement period with Outreachly is 60 days.

The main reason for this is because it usually takes 60-90 days to see the full effects of our campaigns based on optimization and letting the entire LinkedIn drip messages hit their full stride. As we are here to open doors and start conversations and your job is to respond and build lasting long-term relationships with your prospects. Please review our terms of service for more details.

Outreachly has a 10-day written notice for cancelation policy.


How does it work?

Outreachly sends a monthly CSV list of all prospects via Google Sheet (Gold & Platinum Plans Only)

To help you keep track of leads, we recommend:

  • Track all positive responses and leads in a CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Hit the “Archive Message” button within LinkedIn every time you earn a positive response, so you can review them later.
  • Use a CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) that allows you to pull your prospect’s contact information directly from LinkedIn using a Google chrome extension.

Yes – we will send you regular status updates regarding how your campaign is performing. 

We track the following information and will send it to you in a summary email on a regular basis:

  • Number of invites sent
  • Number of new connection
  • Number of total replies 

No. We’ve found clients are the best at handling responses from their leads.

We don’t give you clients, we give you qualified leads that want to talk to you. Your results will be unique to you and your business. If you have a great offer and a proven sales strategy, you will see results.

Once per month but if your campaigns are not performing well then Outreachly will make sure to adjust targeting and messaging to ensure success. Please email your account manager or info @ outreachly.co if you think your Outreachly campaigns are not performing well.

In addition, we will be emailing you regular campaign status updates and this is a good chance for your to take a quick glance at how your campaign is performing and if you need to make any changes.

Yes. It is highly recommended you refrain from sending a high volume of your own outreach messages or connection requests at the same time your Outreachly campaign is active.

We recommend you respond as soon as possible. The faster you respond the more likely you will get a response back. You can respond whenever you like and that prospect will automatically get taken out of your campaign and won’t receive anymore follow up messages.

Yes. You can run as many accounts as you’d like or have access to.

Please email your account manager and they will direct you in the right direction for signing up additional accounts with Outreachly.

Outreachly sends the 2 types of messages below:

1) Connection requests with or without a personalized message (this depends on your preference)

2) 1st-degree messages after the connection request has been accepted (this is only sent to new 1st degree connections Outreachly has generated for you). Outreachly will send up to 1 followup message on your behalf for Gold and Platinum Plan subscribers. Some clients choose to all followup messages on their own, so the followup messages depends on your preference.

No. Outreachly excludes all your current connections prior to launching your LinkedIn outreach campaign.


Getting Started

Simply go to Outreachly Pricing and select “Start This Plan Now!” button under the plan that you choose. 

Once you have selected the plan that is right for you.

You will be prompted to fill out the Intake Questionnaire. This form will provide us with the majority of the information we will need to suggest outreach copy and set up your Outreachly campaign.

We will also need your LinkedIn login credentials. We recommend creating a new LinkedIn password that will be shared with Outreachly. This will be done separately from the Intake Questionnaire form.

Once we have the above information, we will create a shared Google Drive folder where we will share all the information regarding your campaign.

Depending on how quickly you can provide us with the information for onboarding, your outreach campaign can be live on LinkedIn with 3-5 business days.

Making Changes | Canceling | Refunds

Send an email to your Outreachly campaign contact at least 3 business days before the next charge of your subscription stating that you would like to cancel.

Recommend edits to each message inside your shared Outreachly shared Google Drive folder. For advanced help, reach out to your account manager and we’ll strengthen your copy.
